The Black Sheep Coffee Cafe in South St. Paul has it right: great coffee, excellent pastries, quick service, wireless access and sense of community. Four months ago, the former Larson's paint store on Southview Boulevard, about a mile east of U.S. 52, became a neighborhood hangout with lots of tables and big leather sofas and chairs set around a roaring fire. The atmosphere is social, prices are reasonable, and the soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts are housemade and filled with flavor.
