'Reverse Cowgirl: They're a skillful and lively rockabilly/country/blues band that have the added ingredient of compelling vocals. Frontwoman Kari Shaff is a voluptuous woman with a strong, cutting country voice, and on her my man done me wrong numbers, she swaggers across the stage like she's going to take a blackjack to you if you cross her. On fun numbers like the Carl Perkins sequel I Want to Be Sedated, she has a warm, fun rapport with the fans and the band. Only caveat: Lady, stand up straight between songs! I know the tall-girl syndrome well, but you gotta shake it!
