'Imagine a punk band, in the classic sense of that word, now imagine Ronnie Martin or Vince Clark joining that band. That'll give you a great idea of Avenpitch's uniquely harsh, in-your-face, but insanely catchy musical style... I honestly didn't think I'd like this CD, but I found myself loving track after track!'~ Synthpop.NET 'Avenpitch has the rare ability to come across as original and new, while remaining appealing. This is largely due to the unique vocals. They whine, they strain... and combined with the fuzzed synths and guitars, they succeed in creating a catchy atmosphere tainted with 70's glam, 80's synth, and 90's pop-rock… The success of the album will not be based so much on whether or not the band is good at what they do, but more an indication of whether the masses are ready for it.'~ The Edge On-Line 'Avenpitch has a sound that is composed of indie punk vocals, electronica, modern rock and perhaps even hints of pop rock. Their music is undoubtedly unique, but yet at the same time, it has a touch of familiarity that reminds me of Freakonica greats Girls Against Boys...
