Tanqueray Loc has been a part of the twincities music scene since as far back as 1991 when his now deceased big brother Willian K-Wood Lacy formed his rap group Kode Blue. Kode Blue was the first project Tanqueray Loc had ever produced on but he would later work with many well known and underground artists from Minnesota to California.
Born and raised in the streets of south Minneapolis, Minnesota Tha Loc has been through the ringer of many diverse situations. From gangs to prison but would like to be known for his art.

He has shared the stage with Eight Ball & MJG, Do or Die, Crucial Conflict, JT Money and many other underground artists from Minnesota to Cali.
