Minneapolis, MN (March 12, 2002) – Pistol Whipped, whose set is made up exclusively of Sex Pistols covers, will headline at downtown Minneapolis, Sursumcorda on March 13th.
The new Sex Pistols tribute band says that what matters is the music and the performance of the popular 70’s British punk rock band.
Composed of four very accomplished pros - Tracy Petterson of Super Loser and Swingin’ Teens, Bob Meide of Flamingo/Flamin’ Oh’s, Mary Michaels of Fatt City, Al Jarreau, Chaka Khan, and Edward Ford of F…in’ Shit Biscuits and All The Pretty Horses - “Pistol Whipped” attacks the Sex Pistols material with a determination to make the music even better than the original. Rock was never so good!!!
